Hi Dan, we have lived on Plough Hill Road for the last 12 years at the bottom gridlocked end near Waggestaff Drive. We have watched the increase in traffic over the years in desperation as the peaceful enjoyment of our property has deteriorated . Every morning and evening the road is gridlocked with traffic from Coleshill road to nearly at the Plough pub. We are unable to get off our drive and have to rely on the good will of other drivers to let us out as there is no let up in the traffic. The noise and pollution is horrendous and greatly reduces any enjoyment we had of our garden. We have seriously considering selling our house to get away from the traffic but it is not financially viable at the moment so we are trapped. The problem is the number of houses and the associated number of cars making an already overstretched road practically impassable. Plough Hill road wAs not designed for this number of extra vehicles so either there should be a reduced number of proposed houses or another road into the proposed estate. We currently have 40 new houses on the Zu project being built on Plough Hill rd and with that and the Gladman project the road will be at a standstill. Please vote not to accept the proposal. Regards, Kim and Patrick O’Rourke. 39 Plough Hill rd.
